SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Please review our shipping and delivery policy carefully when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We ship internationally.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days, excluding public holidays, Launch periods, Sale periods & weekends. If you choose an express international service, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours.
PREORDERS
If your order includes Preorder Item(s) your order is not shipped until the entirety of your order arrives and is ready for dispatch. If you would like the in stock styles to ship first, kindly place separate orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for Pre-order items. Pre-orders are based on an estimated time of arrival - these arrival dates can change due to many unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control.
Ivy & Gaia is not liable for any delays on Preorders.
AUSTRALIA
- Free standard shipping (3-5 working days) for orders over $150
- Orders under $150 - Standard Shipping $10
- Express Shipping (1-2 working days) $15

- Free standard shipping (12-15 working days) for orders over $350
- Standard Shipping via AUS Post 12-15 working days $15
- Express Shipping via DHL Express 3-5 working days $42
UK/EUROPE
- Free standard shipping (12-15 working days) for orders over $350
- Standard Shipping via AUS Post 12-15 working days $30
- Express Shipping via DHL Express 3-5 working days $50
Please note - Customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be abandoned at destination. In the event of a redirection to the situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.
NEW ZEALAND
- Free Standard Shipping (10-15 working days) for orders over $250
- Standard Shipping Under $250 via AUS Post $15
- Express Shipping via DHL Express (1-2 working days) $29
ASIA
- Express Shipping via DHL Express 2-4 working days $45
We strive to get all orders packed and sent out ASAP and within the correct time frame, however we cannot take responsibility for factors beyond our control e.g. postal or courier services not running to schedule. Thank you for your understanding.
Depending on where you reside, shipping costs will vary. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are an estimate only.
FOR EU AND UK customers - this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our terms.
Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some of the international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you will be responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
